Have you had a chance to compare data on the device and on the Hawk website?

Check the following, if the data on the device and on the site is different:
  1. The device has Internet connection;
  2. The Agent is still on the device;
  3. The Agent on the device is active and it is activated;
  4. There is no anti-virus software or firewall installed on a device.
Please note that if the Internet connection was disabled for some time on the device, the data from the device will be shown on the web-site after reconnecting to the Internet.
