Knowledgebase: HAWK Mobile Monitoring
I've checked the Internet connection is on, agent is still on my device, firewall and antivirus are disabled on my phone. I am still cannot see the data from target device.

Check if HAWK Agent has all permissions enabled on the target device.

To check that please do the following:
  1. On the Android device open the Settings menu.
  2. Select the Applications option.
  3. Select HAWK application.
  4. Open the Permissions option.
  5. Turn on all permissions.
  6. Check if Agent sends data.
