We do not have the ability to tell you who installed HAWK on your phone. It is designed as a parental monitoring tool. There are a few fail safes that whomever has installed it can do when you take it off so you want to make sure you do the following.
Backup your data. You will want to do a backup of your data so that you can restore it after you reset your phone. This is the ONLY way you will be able to make sure you do not lose anything after the reset.

Try to uninstall the App. If that works you should be fine, if it shows a lockout that means that the individual who installed it has placed a lockout password. In order for you to remove the HAWK App you will need to do a hard reset of your device.

We are very sorry that you have not authorized the HAWK App. As stated, it is a parental monitoring tool that is who we primarily sell to and market the App to.
