MATCH Feature in Search Results

Electronic Evidence Examiner allows you to view what word and where exactly it was found after completing the Advanced Search, and without opening every search result hit in the viewer.

After performing the Advanced Search, in the Results area, click the plus (+) sign near the Hit node to extend the Position list. The search word found in the certain position will be displayed near such Position in the following format: [MATCH: <word found>] or [MATCH: <word found>, <word found>] depending on the common search parameter used.

NOTE: The MATCH option is available for the following common search parameters: single word search, Boolean search (except NOT x search), Simple search, and regular expressions search.
